Entry DescriptionThe Tiffany House It is a state-of-the-art, high-end, mixed-use development. The architectural volume is organized by a series of interlocking elements. Architecturally inspired by stagged jewellery boxes where the drawers are partially open, and the observer has that very moment of anticipation to go and look inside.
That concept of jewellery is reflected towards the interiors featuring lighting typologies full of contrasts.
Residents experience from inconspicuous and smooth to loud and bold statements of light.
Sustainability ApproachAll lighting fixtures for this project were locally sourced to minimize the carbon footprint of lengthy supply chains.
Strict Lighting Power Densities of typical maximum values of 12W/m2 were considered and being followed.
