Entry Description

Zijiang Holdings, founded in 1981, is a private investment holding group rooted in Shanghai. The name of the Purple River comes from a "purple harbor" river near the birthplace, which also means that the Purple River will continue to gather strength and move towards a broader development space. The Group's investment areas are mainly manufacturing and services.

Zijiang Holdings Headquarters building, built in 2004, is an Art Deco style building. The overall image of Zijiang Group Headquarters building is closely related to the economic value of employees and the sustainable development of society at the macro level.
Therefore, it is not only the office location for the operation and development of Zijiang Holdings, but also shows the social significance of Zijiang Holdings. It not only meets the office and business needs of users, but also provides a more comfortable and efficient working environment for employees. It has also become one of the landmark buildings in the surrounding business district, allowing people around to feel the artistic beauty of the building itself and the corporate philosophy of Zijiang Holdings.
Sustainability Approach

According to the LEED US Green Building Evaluation index system, LEED Green lighting technical indicators, lighting energy saving standards:
A. In terms of area, the exposed surface is not more than 2.2 W/?
B. In terms of length, the exposed surface is not more than 16.4W /m
We will Zijiang Group headquarters night view lighting design based on area calculation, unilateral facade power density value of 2.18W /?, fully in line with energy saving standards.
In the selection and installation of lamps, lamps with anti-glare masks are used to control the lighting direction of lamps and do not produce glare pollution.
