Entry DescriptionThe Therrestra project is a construction office with a contemporary industrial design that combines materials such as; metal, glass, stucco and perforated panels.
Our intention seeks to highlight the dynamism that predominates in the design; with lighting oriented towards aesthetics, functionality and visual balance. For this we consider the element that stands out the most in the design; the superposition of planes, proposing linear lighting that blends in with the play of volumes on the walls.
Another of our intentions is to break with flat ceilings by segmenting the ceilings, generating dimensionality with indirect lighting. To achieve uniformity and optimal lighting levels in work areas, we decided to use suspended luminaires.
We consider it important in our proposal to highlight those elements such as: access points, construction and decorative details through specific lighting, which in turn play with the light and shadow effects that are generated in said elements.
We complement the lighting with automation of the systems, seeking to generate the greatest comfort for users. We cover in a single system; lighting, sound, air conditioning, curtains/shutters, and smart glass.
The biggest challenge of the design was to break the monotony without generating a dissociation of the project typology while maintaining harmony and homogeneity with the proposed lighting compositions
